Delivery area

Torsena ships to all European Union member states and select international destinations. Shipping availability and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to decline shipments to certain jurisdictions where the import of research chemicals may be restricted.

Shipping methods and delivery times

All orders are shipped via tracked courier service.

EU shipments — 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

International shipments (non-EU) — 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs processing times.

Pre-order items — Products marked as “Pre-Order” on the product page are not currently in stock. Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 15 business days of order placement. Standard delivery times apply from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Torsena is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to specific order values and destinations as indicated on the website.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to product availability. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.

For cryptocurrency payments, processing begins upon confirmation of the transaction on the relevant blockchain network.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Packaging

Lyophilized compounds are sealed in glass vials with aluminum crimp caps and individually packaged for transit. Standard shipping packaging is used to protect contents from physical damage during delivery.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of typical shipping windows. Upon receipt, products should be stored according to the recommended conditions specified on the product label. Storage recommendations may differ before and after reconstitution.

Customs and import duties (international orders)

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs procedures or import duties apply.

For international orders outside the EU, the purchaser is solely responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes, customs clearance procedures and documentation, and compliance with local import regulations regarding research chemicals.

Torsena declares the accurate commercial value and product description on all customs documentation. We do not under-declare values, falsify descriptions, or mark shipments as “gifts.”

If a shipment is seized or refused by customs authorities in the destination country, Torsena is not liable for the loss and no refund will be issued, except at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of reshipping. If a shipment is returned due to the purchaser’s failure to collect from the carrier within the carrier’s holding period, the same policy applies.
