Why Torsena Currently Accepts SEPA and Cryptocurrency
If you’ve reached our checkout, you’ll see two payment options: SEPA bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Card payments are coming soon. Here’s what’s available now and how each option works.
SEPA Bank Transfer
Direct transfer from your bank account to ours, processed through the Single Euro Payments Area. SEPA is the standard payment system across all EU member states and is widely used for laboratory and institutional procurement. Transfers settle within 1-2 business days, use your existing bank’s security, and have no third-party processor fees.
At checkout, you’ll receive our IBAN and a unique reference number for your order. Your order is reserved as soon as the transfer is initiated and ships once funds clear.
Cryptocurrency
Processed through CoinGate, an EU-licensed payment institution. We accept stablecoins and major cryptocurrencies. Transactions confirm within minutes, and orders move into processing as soon as the network confirms the payment.
For refunds on cryptocurrency orders, we issue refunds in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Card Payments — Coming Soon
We’re working on adding Visa and Mastercard card payments to the checkout. We’ll announce the launch here and notify existing customers when it’s live. In the meantime, SEPA and cryptocurrency cover the full catalog with no restrictions on products, quantities, or destinations.
